de maximis Data Management Solutions Announces Succession Agreement with Analytical Quality Associates, Inc.

SAINT PAUL, Minn. and ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — September 1, 2026 — de maximis Data Management Solutions, Inc. (“ddms”) and Analytical Quality Associates, Inc. (“AQA”) today announced a succession agreement under which ddms becomes AQA’s designated successor for independent environmental data validation and analytical quality assurance services, ensuring continuity for AQA’s clients as AQA’s founders transition toward retirement.
AQA has spent more than 26 years building a reputation for rigorous, independent data validation — radiochemical, organic, inorganic, and emerging-contaminant (including PFAS) validation — in support of the Department of Energy, the National Nuclear Security Administration, the Department of Defense, and their prime contractors at national laboratories and federal sites nationwide. As AQA’s leadership planned for the firm’s future, they selected ddms to carry that work and those client relationships forward.
Under the agreement, ddms is expanding its validation services capacity, and AQA’s founders and staff are supporting a coordinated transition of client relationships, technical procedures, and institutional knowledge. Clients can expect the same independent, defensible validation standards they have relied on from AQA — backed by ddms’ capacity, committed turnaround times, and integrated data management capabilities.
