Project Portal is a web-based application which offers environmental project professionals the ability to centralize project data for access by a large number of team members. With powerful user rights management per module, a project manager can be confident that users of the site are seeing and gaining access to only the modules and files that they choose.

View, download and/or post project documents into Project Portal’s secure document management system. All project documents are backed up nightly. |

View and post project schedules, meetings and milestone goals on your group Project Calendar. |

Access historic and current environmental data through Project Portal’s environmental data query interface. |

Access the Project Portal GIS to spatially explore the project site. Users are also able to create their own custom maps which may be exported as Adobe PDF files and shared with others. |

Access custom project databases specifically created by other project users to share important information. Depending on your user level, you may be able to create new databases so that you can share data with other authorized Project Portal users. |
Project Portal v1.0.5 is automatically available to all users and includes the following new features:
- Integrated Help System;
- Greatly improved interactive graphing ability available through the Environmental Database Module;
- Ability to export query results and sample locations from the Environmental Database Module to Google Earth KML files and ESRI shapefiles;
- A document upload progress bar;
- Improved user interface layout;
- Complete application migration to the www.projectportal.net domain name which is secured by 128/256 Bit Strong SSL Encryption;
- Improved User and Contact Management features and content;
- Even more secure user look-up and invitation protocols for administrators;
